If you are interested in receiving a new 10-year warranty, you will need to purchase a model mattress that exceeds the cost of your credit amount. If you order a mattress that is an even exchange, you will continue to have your original warranty for your new replacement purchase. If you pay the difference to upgrade to a more advanced model, you will receive a new 10-year warranty starting from the new purchase date.

Yes, per our warranty terms, you are required to surrender the original product at the time of delivery of your warranty replacement to fulfill the warranty terms.

You are more than welcome to use your credit amount toward any mattress model or size that is of interest to you.

Absolutely. After you place your online order, our in-home delivery service will call you to schedule your white glove mattress delivery. Item(s) typically arrive within a few weeks from the date you placed your order, with metro areas serviced a bit quicker than rural areas. Please be aware that unforeseen delivery delays may occur. When our delivery partners deliver your new bed, they’ll also set it up in your bedroom and remove all the packing materials and are required to remove your old mattress.

You are not required to use a mattress protector with your mattress; however, we do highly recommend the use of a mattress protector to ensure your mattress is properly supported from any spills or stains. Any stains or spills could void your limited warranty.
