We believe in the quality of our products and we build them to last for years. Still, we realize that sometimes things go wrong. To protect you against defects, we include a limited warranty with most of our products.
Your original warranty will roll over to protect your replacement product. For example, if your original product has six remaining years left on a 10-Year Warranty, your new product of equal or lesser value will also have six years of warranty remaining based on your original purchase date. However, if your upgrade to a more premium mattress, your new product will have a renewed 10-Year Warranty based on your new exchange date. What You’ll Need to File a Warranty Claim
- Purchase Receipt (copy)
Required unless purchased direct from Tempur-Pedic and registered with us. - Bed Frame and Foundation Information
Are you using a metal frame, wooden side-rail bed, adjustable base or platform base? - Registry Number and Manufacturing Date
Located on the mattress law tag, underneath the zip cover on the mattress. - Choice of Retired Model
If your current mattress is a retired model, we will provide you with an option most comparable in "feel" or the option to upgrade to the model of your choice for an additional fee.
When You’re Ready to File
Once you have collected this required information, please file here.
For your warranty to be valid, your purchase must be from either an authorized Tempur-Pedic dealer or direct from Tempur-Pedic.
After You File Your Warranty Claim
You will be given a warranty code that is valid on original product type only. For example: If you placed a warranty claim for your mattress, your unique promo code will only apply toward a mattress replacement product. Please note, your unique promo code will expire 60 days after your approval date.
