To use a promo code for your warranty replacement, add your desired product to your cart and navigate to checkout. Once you are in your checkout cart and the items you wish to order are added, Paste or type your promo code exactly as it is shown within the promo code box. If your promo code is activated and the items in your cart apply, you should see your discount as soon as you click apply. Once everything appears as you expect, then enter your shipping and payment information to continue with the checkout process.

If you are interested in receiving a new 10-year warranty, you will need to purchase a model mattress that exceeds the cost of your credit amount. If you order a mattress that is an even exchange, you will continue to have your original warranty for your new replacement purchase. If you pay the difference to upgrade to a more advanced model, you will receive a new 10-year warranty starting from the new purchase date.

You are more than welcome to use your credit amount toward any mattress model or size that is of interest to you.

Absolutely. After you place your online order, our in-home delivery service will call you to schedule your white glove mattress delivery. Item(s) typically arrive within a few weeks from the date you placed your order, with metro areas serviced a bit quicker than rural areas. Please be aware that unforeseen delivery delays may occur. When our delivery partners deliver your new bed, they’ll also set it up in your bedroom and remove all the packing materials and are required to remove your old mattress.

You are not required to use a mattress protector with your mattress; however, we do highly recommend the use of a mattress protector to ensure your mattress is properly supported from any spills or stains. Any stains or spills could void your limited warranty.
