Comfortable and cooling
My Tempur-Cloud adjustable cooling pillow ,for this old lady 76 years young, is perfect. It helps my neck and shoulders make it through a the night with less pain. I don’t toss and turn as much and it’s adjustable.. I like it very much..

My dog can jump on the bed again
We have used a standard Tempur Pedic foundation for years. As the mattresses got thicker, our bed got taller and the little dog got older. She needed help into the bed every night. I ordered this ultra low profile foundation to help the problem. It is 4 inches lower than the last one and it even makes the room look larger. Little Goldie can jump up just fine now and it is easier for us to get in and out of. Wish I would have done this sooner.

We have owned Tempurpedic beds for 25 years. We currently have purchased 5 of them and the oldest one being 25 years old with "zero" problems ever!
Recently our split king bed wouldn't go up or down as we read and use the head and feet remote every night. I placed a call to the service department and the person was very, very patient and walked me through several things.......come to find out the bed was unplugged from the electrical surger waaaaaay under the bed.
We live in a remote area and to have a service person come out would be challenging and so happy we could do this over the phone.
