We try to make our delivery and shipping charges simple and fair. We want you to be as happy with the delivery of your product as you are with the product itself.
When Will I Receive My Order?
Delivery for Tempur-Pedic® mattresses, foundations and adjustable bases typically occur 7 - 10 days after the order is placed. Rest assured we'll work to deliver your order as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
How Does My Order Arrive?
Mattresses, adjustable bases, and flat foundations arrive via White Glove Delivery, which includes in-home setup and removal of your defective product. The TEMPUR-Cloud® mattress is designed to be delivered directly to your door via UPS Ground and does not qualify for White Glove Delivery or product removal services. Pillows, toppers, and accessories also ship via UPS Ground.
Special Delivery Requests
If there are any unusual circumstances (such as multiple flights of stairs) in your home, please note them when you place your order and again when we call to arrange delivery. This will allow us to make sure we have the correct equipment and staff to deliver your bed.
Please note that we cannot ship mattresses, foundations, bed frames, or adjustable bases to APO/FPO and US Territory addresses.
White Glove Delivery Requirements
When we deliver your new bed, there must be an adult (18 years or older) available to accept and sign for the delivery. If no adult is present, we can’t leave your new product.
To ensure the smooth and timely arrival of your items, please complete the following steps prior to delivery:
- Clear all walking paths, including sidewalks and hallways
- Remove decorative items that could obstruct or hinder delivery
- Secure children and pets in a safe and quiet area
During delivery, we will also remove your defective product.
After Delivery:
- Thoroughly inspect your new items
- Reach out to us via email or call (800) 821-6621 with any issues
- Register your product(s) online
Delivery Pricing
Shipping fees are determined by the products ordered and the delivery address. See the fees associated with shipping based on product and location below.
U.S. Shipping Fees
- Mattresses, foundations, power bases: $175
- Pillows, toppers, accessories: $18
Special Shipping (remote locations, Alaska/Hawaii, APO/FPO & US Territory addresses)
- Mattresses, foundations, power bases: $600
- Toppers: $50
- Pillows, accessories, comfort items: $25
Mattresses, Foundations, Bed Frames & Adjustable Bases
We deliver select mattress and base/foundation orders using our White Glove Service. Mattresses, bases, and foundations exchanged through our warranty program will incur a shipping fee of $175. We will bring your new item into your home, set it up for you, remove the packing materials, and remove the defective product(s). The TEMPUR-Cloud® mattress is designed to be delivered directly to your door via UPS Ground and does not qualify for White Glove Delivery or product removal service.
For remote locations and Alaska/Hawaii, there is a $600 surcharge per order; charges will be applied to your order based on your shipping address. The shipping timeframe is estimated at 4-6 weeks and may vary. Our delivery team will work with you to schedule a delivery time frame as quickly as possible.
Pillows, Bed Linens, Slippers, Travel, Home & Office Products
We ship comfort items via UPS ground shipping for an $18 fee, with items typically arriving in 5-7 business days to locations in the contiguous US. Please note, we’re unable to ship these items to a P.O. Box.
For addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US Territories, we offer standard shipping for all comfort items for $25 per order.
Mattress Toppers
We ship mattress toppers via UPS Ground for an $18 fee, with items typically arriving in 5-7 business days to locations in the contiguous US. Please note, we’re unable to ship toppers to a P.O. Box and cannot offer expedited shipping for this product. For addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US Territories, standard shipping is $50 per order.
