Online Warranty Replacement Terms

However, despite our commitment to quality, we understand that sometimes things may go wrong and we’re glad to have the opportunity to remedy the situation and preserve your trust in our brand. If you’ve been approved for a warranty replacement or have credit to use toward a new product, please review the terms below regarding the online warranty order process.

General Overview

  • There is no 90-night trial on your warranty exchange; replacements are final sale and non-returnable.
  • Online offers, online promotions, store offers, and store quotes cannot be combined with warranty replacement promo codes/approved credit amounts.
  • Warranty replacement promo codes expire 60 days after they are provided.
  • Your promo code is only valid online at warranty.tempurpedic.com.
    • Note that if you purchase another product online or in-store, it will not be valid for your warranty replacement.
  • Your code will only apply toward the single product you’ve been approved to receive.
    • Example: If approved for a mattress replacement, your code will only remove the credit amount from the mattress in your cart
  • If you choose the recommended model, or any model that costs the same as or less than you initially paid, there is no refund or credit given for the cost difference. In doing so, your replacement will continue your existing warranty timeline from the original purchase.
  • If you choose to select a product that costs more than you initially paid, you must pay the difference in price to upgrade. In doing so, you will receive a new warranty.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Transportation costs associated with repairs or replacements are purchaser’s responsibility.

  • Upon delivery of your new mattress, your defective mattress must be removed.

Mattresses

  • Mattress replacement credit may only apply toward one mattress unless otherwise specified.
    • If your approval letter states that a foundation or base is required, your promo code will discount the mattress once a foundation or base is added to the cart with your mattress selection.
  • Upon the delivery of your new mattress, your defective mattress will be removed.

Pillows, Toppers, & Accessories

  • You may keep, donate, or dispose of your pillows, toppers, or accessories.
  • Your pillow credit will cover the exact model or a like model and is not eligible to be used on other pillow options.

Credit

  • Credit cannot be adjusted once provided.
  • Credit is dependent upon your warranty terms.
  • Credit can only be used toward the product you have been approved for
    • Example: You may not use additional credit toward other products
  • If you have a 20 or 25-year warranty and have been approved for a credit after year 10 ends, you will owe a prorate fee amount as you are now in the prorated portion of the warranty. To accommodate this, the credit provided has the prorate fee removed to use the remaining amount toward a replacement mattress.
    • Example: your prorate fee is $1000 and your credit would have been $2999. Your approved credit will be $1999 to use toward a new mattress.

How To Use Your Promo Code

  • Visit warranty.tempurpedic.com
  • Add your selected replacement product to your cart
  • Add your promo code at checkout (it takes 1-2 business days for the code to be activated)
  • Fill in your information for shipping, payment, and delivery
  • Place your order

Once your order is placed, it normally takes 2-3 business days to process an order. Once it ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking. Comfort items like pillows and toppers typically arrive within 5-7 business days, while mattresses, foundations, and bases can take 7-14.

Troubleshooting Your Promo Code

  • Check to see that you are on warranty.tempurpedic.com
  • Be sure you have the correct items in your cart
  • Try to manually type the promo code as is or copy and paste the promo code with no additional spaces or characters.
